Intervention  GROUP A – PLYOMETRICS  Participants in Group A will undergo a structured 6-week plyometric training program designed to improve agility, strength, balance, and flexibility. Training will be progressively overloaded, with foot contacts ranging from 90 to 140 per session. Exercises will include ankle hops, standing long jumps, lateral cone hops, bounding drills, hexagon drills, and single-leg jumps. Training intensity will progress from low in the initial weeks to moderate and high intensity in later weeks, with a slight reduction in volume during the final week to optimize neuromuscular adaptation. 
Comparator Agent  GROUP B- CIRCUIT TRAINING  Participants in Group B will undergo a 6-week structured circuit training program consisting of 18 sessions (3 sessions per week). Each session will include eight exercise stations: reactive ball drills, reactive jumps, sit-ups, shadow with sidestep, reactive steps, push-ups, jump with sidestep, and reactive shadow drills. During Weeks 1–4, participants will perform 3 sets at medium intensity, with 15 seconds of activity per station, 30 seconds rest between repetitions, and 180 seconds rest between circuits. During Weeks 5–6, training volume will be progressed to 4 sets while maintaining the same work-to-rest ratio. The program is designed to improve agility, muscular strength, coordination, and overall physical performance.

Brief Summary   This study looks at how two different training methods plyometric exercises and core strengthening can improve important physical abilities in freestyle wrestlers. Since wrestling demands quick movements, strong balance, and good flexibility, the research aims to find out which type of training works better for enhancing these qualities. A total of 48 wrestlers aged 15 to 25 years will take part in a 4 week program, and their agility, balance, and flexibility will be tested before and after training. The goal is to provide practical, evidence-based guidance to help wrestlers train smarter and perform better on the mat.
