Brief Summary
|
The intervention consisted of a structured modular learning programme on personality development designed to enhance knowledge and skills among nursing students. The programme included self-instructional modules covering concepts of personality, communication skills, interpersonal relations, leadership qualities, self-awareness, stress management, and professional behaviour in nursing practice. The modules were administered to the experimental group in printed/digital form, enabling self-paced learning with guided activities, case scenarios, and skill-based exercises. The effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments of knowledge and skills using a structured questionnaire and skill assessment checklist. |
