1. To evaluate the Core Strength in Kathak Dancers by using Pressure Biofeedback. 2. To evaluate the Core Endurance in Kathak Dancers by using Prone Plank Test. 3. To evaluate the Dynamic Balance in Kathak Dancers by using Y Balance Test. 4. To assess the correlation of Core Strength with Dynamic Balance in Kathak Dancers. 5. To assess the correlation of Core Endurance with Dynamic Balance in Kathak Dancers. |
