Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Intervention  AI-Enhanced Tele-Rehabilitation Exercises  Participants record each session via webcam and upload videos to the AI platform. The AI engine analyzes joint angles, posture deviations, and counts repetitions in real-time. Automated reports highlighting form errors and count discrepancies are generated after each session. Weekly 30-minute teleconference with a physiotherapist to review AI reports, receive tailored corrective cues, and discuss progress.
Comparator Agent  Exercise-Only  Participants access pre-recorded generic exercise demonstration videos. Submit weekly adherence logs (session dates/times) without video uploads. Weekly 15-minute teleconference for motivational check-ins, without feedback on exercise quality.

Inclusion Criteria
Age From  18.00 Day(s)
Age To  30.00 Day(s)

Brief Summary   This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI enhanced telerehabilitation program for college students with chronic non specific low back pain A single blind randomized controlled trial will be conducted with three groups including AI enhanced telerehabilitation exercise only telerehabilitation and usual care The intervention will last six weeks with follow up at three months The AI based system will use automated video analysis to monitor posture movement and exercise performance and provide personalized feedback Outcomes will include pain disability mobility trunk endurance exercise adherence and usability The study seeks to determine whether integrating artificial intelligence into telerehabilitation improves clinical outcomes and adherence compared to conventional remote exercise or usual care among college students
