Brief Summary   The total duration of the study will be 1.5 year.  A minimum 30 patients will be recruited in the study, meeting the inclusion criteria (20-55 years, both the genders, male and female) and patients will be randomly distributed into 2 groups; Group A and Group B being experimental groups. Group A will be given foam roller, ultrasound therapy at planter area (7 minutes ,3MHz with an intensity of 1.5 W/cm2), stretching and strengthening exercises for foot muscles which includes; stretching of soleus muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, Achilles tendon and planter fascia. Strengthening exercises includes towel curls and standing toe curls. Group B will be given myofascial release, ultrasound therapy at plantar area, stretching and strengthening exercises for foot muscles. Data will be recorded at baseline and immediately after treatment and at 10th day post treatment.
