Intervention  Om Chanting   OM chanting includes silent phase followed by loud phase of chanting as designed for the study Time points: The total duration of the protocol will be 40 minutes includes three time points as detailed below a) Pre: 5 minutes (HRV+ RSQ + GVA) b) During: 30 minutes of either of the intervention or control session c) Post: 5 minutes (HRV+ RSQ + GVA)  
Intervention  Pranayama  Pranayama having specific set of yoga breathing practices as designed for the study. Details  (i) Students having at least 3 months of experience in practicing physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation technique (meditation with om chanting) (ii) have normal health based on a semi structured interview  
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Those who will be taking medication and having history of smoking, consuming tobacco, alcohol, mental health disorders, extra systole, hypertension and cardiac conditions will be excluded from the study.
