Brief Summary
Core strength is crucial for stability, balance, and overall athletic performance in volleyball. It plays a significant role in jumping, spiking, and other dynamic movements.
Upper limb power is essential for actions like serving and spiking. Developing effective training methods to enhance this aspect can significantly improve player performance.
While plyometric training has been extensively studied, there is less research comparing it to Bosu ball training specifically for recreational female volleyball players.
So, to study the Effects of Plyometric versus Bosu ball training on Core Strengthening and throwing distance  in Recreational Volleyball Players is needed.
