Knowledge,
Attitudes and Practice studies facilitate identifying specific gaps, enabling the
development of more targeted and effective awareness programs tailored to the
community’s needs. While numerous KAP studies are conducted in contemporary
science, However, limited studies are available which focus on lifestyle
practices during menstruation in both modern and traditional sciences.
