Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Comparator Agent  No treatment   The control group received no such energy projection. Immediate perceptual and physiological responses were recorded through palmar temperature measurements and subjective emotional state assessments.
Intervention  Pranic Healing Red, Blue, and White Color Prana Projection  Participants received non-contact color Prana projection of red, blue, or white light energy directed at their palms for a duration of 3 minutes while blindfolded by a certiifed pranic healing. This energy projection involved the practitioner holding the hand approximately 10-15 cm above the subject’s palm without touching, projecting specific colored Prana energy corresponding to the allocated group. Immediate perceptual and physiological responses were recorded through palmar temperature measurements and subjective emotional state assessments.

Brief Summary   This pilot randomized controlled study investigates the immediate perceptual and physiological effects of red, blue, and white color Prana projection compared to no treatment in healthy young adults aged 18-25 years. Palmar skin temperature changes will be measured before and after color Prana projection using a non-contact infrared thermometer to assess physiological effects. Subjective emotional states and sensory perceptions will be evaluated by Visual Analog Scale and participant reports. The study is designed as a single-blind, randomized, parallel group trial involving 40 participants divided into four groups (three intervention groups with different colors and one control group). The trial aims to provide preliminary evidence for the efficacy of color Prana projection on physiological and perceptual parameters, contributing to the evidence base of complementary therapies in Energy Medicine
