Intervention  Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines  Individualized homoeopathic medicines prescribed on the basis of totality of symptoms and repertorization. Remedies selected from the institute pharmacy will be individualized for each participant. Potency and repetition will be decided case-wise as per Organon principles. Route oral. Frequency and dose as per prescribing physician judgement. Duration of intervention participants will be followed for up to 12 months with scheduled visits every 15 days. MINICHAL questionnaire will be re-administered at minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months for outcome assessment. All concomitant regular antihypertensive medications will be continued (no planned withdrawal of standard therapy). Brief Summary  
The study is for scientifically assessing the effectiveness of homoeopathic 
medicine in improving the quality of life in hypertensive patients aged 35–75 years 
using the validated MINICHAL scale as hypertension is a widespread chronic 
condition with both physiological and psychological impacts there is a need for 
holistic approaches to improve patient outcomes beyond mere blood pressure control 
it includes 96 patients chosen who are suffering from primary hypertension
