Brief Summary
|
The study aims to assess psychological well-being and to identify
lifestyle behaviors among professional students at selected colleges of the Udupi
Taluk. It
will also help to find the relationship between psychological well-being and
various lifestyle behaviors of students. The findings
from the study will help students modify their lifestyle behaviors, help
administrators and educators implement targeted interventions, and improve the overall
mental well-being of students and society at large. It is hypothesized that there will be a significant relationship between psychological well-being and lifestyle behaviors among professional students, and psychological well-being and lifestyle behaviors will show significant associations with selected socio-demographic variables. |
