Brief Summary
|
Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this protocol is to evaluate the effect of hallux valgus (HV) on knee joint loading (KJL) patterns in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). By comparing KOA patients with and without HV, the study aims to understand the biomechanical interplay between foot deformities and knee loading, which may inform targeted rehabilitation strategies.
Study Hypothesis: KOA patients with HV will exhibit altered knee joint loading patterns, specifically changes in knee adduction and flexion moments, compared to KOA patients without HV.
