Patient with informed consent.
Adult patients aged between 20 and 60 years.
Patients of ASA grade I and II.
Patients undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anaesthesia. |

Patient allergic to gabapentoids.
Pregnant or lactating females.
