Intervention  AN INTERVENTIONAL STUDY ON THE REPERTORIAL UTILITY OF MURPHY REPERTORY IN ALLERGIC RHINITIS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AGED 05–45 YEAR  Individualized homoeopathic medicines prescribed after detailed case taking, repertorization using Murphy’s Repertory, and confirmation with Materia Medica. Potency and repetition will be selected based on susceptibility and nature of the disease. Duration of treatment: 12 months, with follow-ups every 7–15 days. Assessment by Japanese Allergic Rhinitis Standard Quality of Life Questionnaire (JRQLQ No. 1).No comparator arm. This is a single-arm prospective interventional study with pre–post analysis (baseline vs. post-treatment outcomes).Potency should be selected on bases of suceptibility of the patient. Repetition on the base of the disease severity and condition of patient

Details  Only those cases which is purely diagnose as allergic rhinitis.
Patients having recurrent symptoms of allergic rhinitis for at least 6 weeks or more.
Patients willing to participate and provide informed written consent (or assent for minors along with guardian consent).
Patients not on corticosteroids or antihistamines for at least 7 days prior to the commencement of study.  
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Patient with allergic asthma, nasal septal defect, nasal polyp, sinusits & Cases which require intensive care unit.
Cases with advanced and irreversible pathology.

Study:

Interventional study (testing the effect of homeopathic treatment)

Objective:

To evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homeopathic medicines, prescribed with the help of Murphy Repertory, in reducing symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Sample And Duration:

50 participants, aged 5–45 years, over 12 months.

Methodology:

Participants assessed using a constitutional questionnaire.

Medicines selected based on murphy repertory.

Japanese Allergic Rhinitis Standard Quality Of Life Questionnaire used to measure symptom improvement.

Allocation of participants done with proper concealment to avoid bias.

Blinding/masking applied where possible.
