Brief Summary
|
The study aims to evaluate the effects of Hatha Yoga on muscular endurance, pulmonary function, self-esteem, and academic performance among college students. A total of 300 participants (150 experimental and 150 control) will be selected through statistical sampling. The experimental group will undergo a structured Hatha Yoga program for 16 weeks, practiced five days per week for 60 minutes per session, while the control group will maintain their regular routine. Pre- and post-test values of the selected physical, physiological, and psychological dependent variables will be measured and compared between groups. The overall timeline for the study is four months, allowing for assessment of the impact of Hatha Yoga on the targeted outcomes. |
