Brief Summary   Core strength is widely believed as a crucial factor in athletic performance, particularly in activities requiring explosive movements like vertical jumps, but its direct correlation with flight time during vertical jumps has not been extensively studied in recreational players (e.g. basketball, volleyball and badminton). This study aimed to find out the correlation between core strength and flight time during vertical jump in recreational players. Participants will be recruited on the basis of inclusion criteria. The participants will be provided with written consent form for the voluntary participants. Demographic characteristics such as age, weight and height of each subject will be noted. The body weight will be measured with the help of calibrated digital weighing scale and height will be measured by measuring tape. The second session consists of performance of following tests: sit-ups, plank and repetitive arch-up test for core strength, sergeant jump test for vertical jump height and flight time. 3 trials of each test will be taken with a 4-5 minutes rest between tests.
