Brief Summary
|
Undergraduates often sit for long hours, leading to hamstring tightness. Improving hamstring flexibility can alleviate pain, reduce injury risk, and improve posture and performance. While Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Mulligan’s Bent Leg Raise (BLR) improve hamstring flexibility, their immediate effects on young adults are unclear. This study compares the immediate effects of MET and BLR on hamstring tightness in young adults. The findings will help determine the most effective treatment to include in fitness protocols for this age group. |
