Brief Summary   This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of short-duration and long-duration Muscle Energy Technique (MET) in individuals with non-specific low back pain (NSLBP), a highly prevalent condition causing pain, reduced mobility, and functional disability. Sixty participants aged 18–50 years with NSLBP will be randomly allocated into two groups: Group A (short-duration MET with conventional treatment) and Group B (long-duration MET with conventional treatment). Outcomes including pain (VAS), lumbar mobility (Modified Modified Schober and Fingertip-to-Floor Lateral Flexion tests), and disability (Modified Oswestry Disability Questionnaire) will be assessed. The study seeks to identify whether long-duration MET offers superior clinical benefits.
