1. Students diagnosed with myopia upto -6 diopters.
2. Students experiencing symptoms associated with myopia such as eye strain headache or watering of the eyes.
3. Both nostrils of the students functioning properly. |

1. Those suffering from cataracts, glaucoma, congenital myopia, or pathological myopia.
2. Individuals with active infections affecting the eyes (e.g., conjunctivitis) or other
systematic infections.
3. Participants who have undergone any eye surgeries recently.
4. Students with a refractive index greater than -6D.
5. Students suffering having closed nostrils. |

Brief Summary
|
This Randomized controlled study is focused on evaluating the impact of Jala Neti (Saline Nasal Irrigation) as an adjunctive intervention on myopia among 120 university students aged 18-27 at Swami Rama Himalayan University focusing on physiological parameters. The study aims to assess refractive changes via retinoscopy and visual acuity tests. Participants will be divided in experimental and control groups 60 students in each group and the duration of intervention in the experimental group following Jala Neti practice will be 12 weeks. |
