Intervention  Battle rope exercise  A Battle rope with a length of 15 m, diameter of 4 cm, and mass of 18 kg will be used, and the middle of the rope was anchored securely to the floor and two ends of the rope will be hold by the player. The protocol will be of 30 minutes of exercise at a work-to-rest ratio of 1:2 (20 second exercise and 40 second rest) for a total of 30 sets. The protocol comprises of 6 types of Battle Rope exercises, with one type performed in each set: double-arm waves, side-to-side waves, alternating waves, in-out waves, hip toss, and double-arm slams. All subjects will perform these exercises in order from 1 to 6 and then repeat the process for a total 5 times. During the exercise, subjects will be asked to perform each repetition as rapidly as possible to maintain rope oscillation. All Battle Rope exercise sessions will be recorded, and the number of repetitions performed in each exercise will be counted. This intervention will be performed for 30 min in one session and two session per week for total of five weeks

Brief Summary   The ethical clearance will be taken from Institutional Ethics Committee of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Subjects will be screened as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The eligible participants will be enrolled in the study. Informed consent form will be provided and clearly explained to selected participants. Written informed consent will be taken from all the participants. The height, body mass and BMI of participants will be documented. Upper limb dominance will be determined by the side used for throwing during sports performance. In order to minimize variations in training status and intensity, experimental tests will be carried out following a general training recovery micro cycle, which will include 36 hours of rest without any handball/volleyball or resistance training. All volunteers will complete a standardized warm-up consisting of five minutes of dynamic stretching, five minutes of jogging prior to the experimental measurements. Blood lactate, RPE, throwing accuracy, Y balance test upper quarter, closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test, seated medicine ball throw test and functional throwing performance index and felt muscular pain will be measured. At baseline and following battle rope exercise, All the above-mentioned tests will be performed. All the information obtained will be filled in participant proforma. The data will be compiled and appropriate statistical tests/tools will be used to analyze the data to find the results
