Brief Summary
|
Participants will be assessed for BIA using the Omron Karada Scan Body Composition Monitor HBF-375, scales used here Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II), and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale (SPS-6). Participants will be instructed to stand barefoot on a calibrated body composition monitor placed on a stable, hard surface to ensure accurate readings. Participants will be recruited through nursing superintendent at their nursing stations. Before the assessment, they will need to remove their shoes, socks, and any accessories and ensure their feet are dry. The measurement will take place in a quiet environment with minimal guidance, and participants will be asked to stay still, maintain an upright posture, and keep both feet properly during the process. To minimize variability, all assessments will be conducted in the morning. Personal details such as age, gender, and height will be recorded beforehand to provide personalized results .Two questionnaires will be administered quietly and completed independently, with minimal assistance if needed. Completing tools is expected to take approximately 30 minutes.
