Brief Summary
|
This study is an observational correlational study designed to investigate the relationship between hip flexibility and dynamic balance ability in professional badminton players with chronic ankle instability. Chronic ankle instability is a common consequence of ankle sprain and may influence balance and overall performance. Hip flexibility will be assessed using a goniometer and dynamic balance ability will be evaluated using the Modified Star Excursion Balance Test. The primary outcome will be the correlation between hip flexibility and dynamic balance ability. Secondary outcomes will include individual assessment of hip flexibility and dynamic balance ability. |
