Details  Written informed consent from patients willing to participate in the study
Females aged 19 to 40 years presenting with classical symptoms of Raktapradar Menorrhagia
Women with a baseline PBAC score indicating mild to moderate menorrhagia PBAC score between 100 and 300 will be included in the study
Complaints of excessive more than 80ml and or prolonged more than or equal to 8days menstrual bleeding
Regular menstrual history for the past three cycles prior to enrollment
 
 
ExclusionCriteria 
Details  Patients with known systemic illnesses such as tuberculosis or immunocompromised status
Structural or malignant reproductive tract disorders based on clinical evaluation
Current use of hormonal therapy oral contraceptive pills or intrauterine contraceptive devices IUCD
Patients with bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulant therapy
History of ongoing pelvic inflammatory disease
Patient unwilling or unable to comply with study requirements

Brief Summary   This clinical trial compares the effectiveness of Darvyadi Kwatha  a traditional Ayurvedic herbal decoction with Tranexamic Acid 500 mg a modern antifibrinolytic drug in managing heavy menstrual bleeding Raktapradara Menorrhagia The study evaluates symptom relief blood loss reduction and overall well being to determine whether Darvyadi Kwatha can serve as a safe and effective alternative therapy
