1. Patients with classical signs & symptoms of Ardhavabhedaka (Migraine) described as per Ayurvedic and modern science.
2. Patients between the age group of 16 years to 60 years of either sex.
3. Patients in related group who are fit for Nasya Karma / Nasya yogya vyakti. |

| Details |
1. Patients less than 16 years and above 60 years of age.
2. Patients who are contraindicated for Nasya Karma.
3. Patients suffering from cluster headache, tension type of headache, sinus headache, and arising due to Meningitis ,Encephalitis, and Ocular manifestations.
4. Patient suffering from any systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypertension, cancer and receiving medication which may alter the results of study. |

in this clinical trial, patients diagnosed with Ardhavabhedaka were selected and allocated into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The intervention was carried out in both groups using the Ayurvedic procedure of Nasya. In Group A, 30 patients received Kumkumadi Ghrita Nasya for 14 days. In Group B, 30 patients received Shalparni Swarasa Nasya for 14 days. Assessment was carried out on the basis of subjective parameters and relevant investigations, which were recorded during the pre-treatment and post-treatment periods, as described in the study protocol. |
