Brief Summary
|
In this Experimental study 3 groups were allocated with 105 Professional car drivers on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria to measure the
• Pain- Visual Analog Scale (VAS)
• Cervical ROM
• Northwick park neck pain questionnaire
The main aim of the study is to
- To find out the prevalence of non-specific neck pain among professional car drivers and evaluate its effect on their quality of life.
- To find out the effectiveness of scapular-specific stabilization training and dynamic training in reducing non-specific neck pain in professional car
- To compare the scapular-specific stabilization training and dynamic training on quality of life of professional car drivers having non-specific neck pain
Scapular-specific stabilization training and dynamic training were performed for 3 times a week on alternate days for 8 weeks and then follow-up after 1 week .
The findings from this study could potentially inform better, more targeted interventions for alleviating musculoskeletal disorders in this demographic
