postural training wall slides for thoracic extension scapular pinching for improving shoulder posture pelvic tilts for lumbar mobility 10 minute 3times/week 2sets 10 repetition
breathing exercises diaphragmatic breathing to improve lung function and relaxation 5minute daily 5 cycles
stretching seated forward fold for hamstring stretching shoulder stretches 15minute 3times/week 2sets 12 repetitions strengthening sit to stand exercise for lower limb strength 15 minute 3 times/week 2sets 12 repetitions |

|
background This study explores the impact of a Physio Yoga program on stress mental and emotional well-being in school teachers addressing the rising issue of burnout Teachers face high stress from classroom management curriculum demands and student support which reduces effectiveness The research aims to assess Physio Yoga role in reducing stressbenhancing resilience and improving overall well-being Findings will provide evidence for integrating Physio Yoga into teacher wellness programs promoting healthier work environments greater satisfaction and improved performance in the educational community summary Teaching is a demanding profession with primary school teachers particularly vulnerable to chronic stress from workload classroom management, and student needs This stress can cause burnout anxiety depression and reduced job satisfaction ultimately affecting both teacher well-being Addressing teacher stress is crucial for healthier work environments and better education quality |
