Intervention  Physio-Yoga  gentle mobility(neck rolls, shoulder shrugs,wrist circles) exercises 5 minutes daily 1set 10 repetions postural training(scapular retraction with resistance bands) 10 mins 3 times/week 2sets 10 repetions breathing exercises 5 minutes daily stretching hamstring and back 15 minutes daily 20seconds hold 3 repetations strengthening chair pose plank variations resistance band exercises 15 minutes 3 times per week 2 sets 12 to 15 repetitions

background 
This study explores the impact of a Physio Yoga program on stress mental and emotional well-being in school teachers addressing the rising issue of burnout  Teachers face high stress from classroom management curriculum demands and student support which reduces effectiveness The research aims to assess Physio Yoga role in reducing stressbenhancing resilience and improving overall well-being Findings will provide evidence for integrating Physio Yoga into teacher wellness programs  promoting healthier work environments greater satisfaction and improved performance in the educational community

Teaching is a demanding profession with primary school teachers particularly vulnerable to chronic stress from workload classroom management, and student needs  This stress can cause burnout anxiety depression and reduced job satisfaction ultimately affecting both teacher well-being  Addressing teacher stress is crucial for healthier work environments and better education quality
