Brief Summary   This study aims to know the effect of Homoeopathic Medicine in Management of Plaque Psoriasis and its impact on Quality of Life in Adults in which 35 participants will be enrolled irrespective of Gender and PASI score and Quality of Life Scale will be filled at Baseline 3 month and 6 month and outcome will be assessed with repeated measure ANOVA
