Brief Summary
|
Overpronation of the foot is a common biomechanical deviation that can lead to altered lower limb alignment and functional issues.Weakness in the Gluteus Medius and intrinsic foot muscles has been associated with poor foot posture and reduced medial arch height. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Gluteus Medius Strengthening combined with intrinsic foot posture and arch height among college students with overpronated foot.Participants with overpronation were selected and underwent a structured intervention program focusing on targeted muscle strengthening over a specific period .Pre and post intervention assessments were conducted using the foot posture index and navicular drop test. |
