Brief Summary
|
Menopause often leads to reduced muscle strength, increased fatigue, and poor sleep, affecting women’s daily life and well-being. Qigong, a gentle mind-body exercise, may help improve these issues, but there is limited research specifically on menopausal women. This study is needed to provide evidence on whether Qigong or Traditional physiotherapy exercises work better to enhance strength reduce fatigue and improve sleep in this population. Procedure 1 Screening of Participants Participants will be screened based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria 2 Selection of Participants Eligible individuals will be recruited and the total number of participants will be finalized 3 Informed Consent Written informed consent will be obtained from all participants prior to participation 4 Randomization and Pre Assessment Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups Group A Qigong Exercise Group B Conventional Treatment Baseline pre-assessment of outcome measures will be conducted. 5. Intervention Phase Group A Will undergo Qigong exercise sessions. Group B Will receive normal Physiotherapy exercises sessions. The intervention will continue for 8 weeks 6 Post Assessment After the intervention period outcome measures will be reassessed in both groups 7 Data Analysis The collected data will be subjected to statistical analysis to determine the effectiveness of the intervention 8 Result Findings will be presented and interpreted based on statistical outcomes |
