Brief Summary
Modification(s)

This study aims to investigate the acute effects of short bouts of exercise on postprandial glycaemic response and cognitive attention in healthy individuals. Participants will undergo brief exercise interventions during prolonged sitting conditions in a randomized cross-over design. Outcome measures include postprandial blood glucose levels and attention-related cognitive performance. The study evaluates the effectiveness of simple exercise interventions in improving metabolic and cognitive responses in healthy individuals.
