Female hockey players equally participating.
Minimum 2 years of hockey training.
Free from any musculoskeletal injury and illness.
Participant must give informed consent to participate in study. 
 
ExclusionCriteria

Current or recent musculoskeletal injuries, chronic illnesses, or any medical conditions affecting training ability.
Participation in other conflicting training programs.
Use of medications or supplements that may affect physical performance.
Severe cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions.
