Brief Summary
|
This study is a randomized, open ended, parallel group, single centre community base trial comparing effectiveness of voice message services for promoting self care in 200 patients diagnosed with diabetes in the last six months will be conducted in different UPHS in Urban areas of Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh state. The primary outcome will be glycemic control which will be estimated by Random blood sugar levels at baseline, 3 months from baseline. |
