Intervention  EFFECT OF 4 WEEK LADDER TRAINING DRILLS ON AGILITY PERFORMANCE IN BATSMEN   The intervention will consist of a structured ladder training program conducted three times per week for four weeks. Each session will begin with a 7-10 minute dynamic warm-up, including stretching, proprioception, and glute activation exercises, followed by ladder drills. The drills will progressively vary across the four weeks and include movements such as two in each and sideways runs, targeting multidirectional speed and coordination. Participants will perform drills in sets with an inter-drill rest of 30 seconds and an inter-set rest of 2 minutes. Each session will end with a cool-down routine. This protocol is designed to enhance foot speed, balance, and agility specific to cricket performance demands
