Nordic Walking |
Patient will recieve interention for 6 weeks. In each week 3 sessions will be given. Every session will be of 40 minutes which consist 10 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of nordic walking and 10 minutes of cool down. |

Pulmonary Rehabilitaion |
Patients in control group will receive purse lip breathing exercise, ACBT, inspiratory muscle training for 6 weeks. In each week there will be 3 sessions. |

1. GOLD stage II or IV (moderate to very severe COPD)
2. Able to walk independently without walking aids |

| ExclusionCriteria |
| Details |
1. Active smokers
2. Diagnosis other respiratory condition
3. Cardiac arrythmias
4. Disease that decreases exercise capacity (anemia, electrolyte imbalance)
5. Gait disorders
6. Acute MI in the last 6 months
7. Participation in any other exercise program in past 6 months
8. Resting heart rate of more than 120
9. Systolic blood pressure of more than 180 mm Hg, and Diastolic blood pressure of more than 100 mm Hg |
