BOSU Ball and Resistance band |
For BOSU ball exercises, perform squats, step-back lunges, and one-leg balances forward and backward on the dome side to improve lower body strength, balance, and stability. Move slowly and focus on keeping your knees aligned and steady. For ankle strengthening, use a resistance band to do dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, inversion, and eversion exercises. These target the muscles around the ankle, helping to build strength and prevent injuries. Perform all movements with control and increase resistance gradually as you get stronger.

Brief Summary
|
Kho-Kho players require quick movement and change in direction agility plays an important role in improving performance in Kho-Kho players on field. As Kho-Kho requires lateral movement and direction changes quickly strengthening of ankle is necessary because weak ankle can lead to instability. For controlling movements of Kho-Kho players proprioception is needed. BOSU ball training requires proprioception which is required for Kho-Kho players. There are researches related to this which has been done on the other sports, but there are limited researchers on this for Kho-Kho players. |
