Brief Summary   This Randomized single blinded comparative study aims to Compare between MAC style video Laryngoscope and MacIntosh Laryngoscope for Endotracheal intubation in a simulated difficult airway under General Anaesthesia.
A total of 110 Patients of ASA Grade I and II will be selected based on Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria aged between 18 to 65 years and will be randomly assigned into two groups ML and MV. Each group will have 55 Patients.
Group ML: Patients will be in intubated using MacIntosh Laryngoscope.
Group MV: Patients will be intubated using MAC Style Video Laryngoscope.
Primary Objective is to compare visualization of the Laryngeal inlet in the two groups.
Secondary objectives are to compare the intubation time in two groups, To compare the need for use of bougie or external laryngeal manipulation in the two groups, To compare overall intubation success rate in the two groups, To compare the complications in the two groups, to compare ease of intubation in the two groups
The study will be Conducted in Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida Over 18 Months.
