Brief Summary
|
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) causes long-term breathing difficulty, reduced physical activity, and mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
Singing and dancing involve controlled breathing and physical movement, which may help improve lung function, exercise capacity, and emotional well-being.
This study aims to assess and compare the effects of a structured singing and dancing program on breathing capacity, exercise tolerance, and anxiety and depression in people with COPD. |
