Outcome  TimePoints
To assess forward head posture among archery players with neck pain using video-based posture analysis software (Kinovea).  at baseline, 8 weeks

Secondary Outcome
Outcome  TimePoints
To measure the craniovertebral angle (head–neck alignment) in archery players with neck pain using Kinovea.

To determine the severity of forward head posture in archery players experiencing neck pain.

To analyze the relationship between forward head posture & neck pain intensity among archery players.

To observe postural deviations of the head & neck during static standing posture in archery players.

To identify the prevalence of forward head posture among archery players with neck pain.

Individual Participant Data (IPD) Sharing Statement

Will individual participant data (IPD) be shared publicly (including data dictionaries)?

Response - NO
Brief Summary   An institutional ethical clearance certificate will be obtained before initiating the study. The subjects will be selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants will be initially assessed using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), and only those whose scores fall within the mild and  moderate range will be included. Following the NPRS assessment, the Neck Disability Index (NDI) will be administered to evaluate the functional impact of neck pain, and only those whose scores fall within mild disability and moderate disability range will be included. Standardized photographs of the participants will be taken in a lateral standing position to assess postural alignment. These photographs will be analyzed using Kinovea software to evaluate the degree of Forward Head Posture (FHP). Photographs of the participants will be taken solely for the purpose of analyzing forward head posture using the Kinovea software. All image data will be stored securely and accessed only by the researcher. The photographs and related data will be kept confidential and will not be shared, published, or used for any other purpose without the participants’ consent or the researchers prior knowledge.
