Brief Summary   This study was conducted to evaluate and compare the immediate effects of foot reflexology path walking and cold foot immersion on cognitive function in healthy individuals. A total of 40 participants were allocated into two groups namely foot reflexology path walking group and cold foot immersion group. Each intervention was administered for 10 minutes in a single session. Cognitive outcomes were assessed immediately before and immediately after the intervention using Stroop Test, Digit Span Test, Reaction Time Test and Stanford Sleepiness Scale. The study aimed to compare the immediate changes in cognitive performance and subjective alertness following both non pharmacological interventions.
