Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Comparator Agent  Exercise Therapy  Participants will receive a structured exercise program including cervical strengthening, stretching and postural correction exercises without rPMS. The exercises will be administered daily for a duration of two weeks.
Intervention  Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (rPMS) with Exercise Therapy   Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (rPMS) will be applied over identified myofascial trigger point of cervical musculature, along with a structured exercise program. The exercise program will include cervical strengthening, stretching and postural correction exercises. Repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation will be given for three sessions per week for a duration of two weeks. Exercises will be administered daily for two weeks.

Brief Summary   This randomized control trail aims to evaluate the additive effect of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS) along with exercises on myofascial trigger points, forward head posture, and cervical muscle endurance in young adults with text neck syndrome. Participants will be randomly allocated to receive either rPMS along with a structured exercise program or exercises alone. Outcome measures will include pain intensity, craniovertebral angle, pain pressure threshold, and cervical muscle endurance.
