Intervention / Comparator Agent
Type  Name  Details
Intervention  Gritha neti  Stand with legs apart such that body weight is evenly distributed between the two feet. Lean forward and tilt the head to the right side and insert the nozzle in the left nostril. Slightly open the mouth to facilitate respiration through the oral cavity. Maintain a state of relaxation throughout the body, allowing the liquid to expel from the right nostril. When you have used half of the water, remove the nozzle, remain bending forward, align the head centrally and let the water run out of the nose. Close the right nostril with the fingers and blow gently through the left nostril so that all the remaining water comes out. Practice in the same way passing the liquid through the right nostril. It is important to remove all the water after the practice so irritation of the sinuses and mucous membrane does not occur. The liquid should be warm saline water for Jala neti and warm ghee to practice Ghrita neti. It is advisable to practice kapalbhati pranayama after Neti practice. This will dry the nose and generate heat in the nostrils. KAPALABHATI : Sit in any comfortable meditative posture such that spine is erect, close the eyes and relax. Place the hands in either jnana or chin mudra. Inhale deeply and perform rapid respirations through both nostrils placing more emphasis on exhalation. Upon completing the final exhalation, take a deep breath in through the nose and swiftly exhale through mouth, slightly pursing the lips. Duration: 3 times a week for 1 month.

Inclusion Criteria
Age From  18.00 Year(s)
Age To  60.00 Year(s)
Gender  Both
Details  1. Participants must be professional drivers (e.g., auto-rickshaw drivers, cab
drivers, delivery personnel) who are regularly exposed to vehicular
emissions and spend significant time on the road.
2. 18 to 60 years old
3. Participants should have no pre-existing chronic respiratory
conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD, or lung cancer) at the time of
enrolment to avoid confounding effects on the respiratory
microbiota.
4. Participants should not have undergone nasal or sinus surgery
within the last 6 months, as this could affect the nasal microbiome.
5. Individuals who are willing to participate in the study.

ExclusionCriteria
Details  1. Participants who have had a respiratory infection (e.g., cold, flu, sinusitis)
within the last 4 weeks will be excluded, as infections can temporarily alter
the respiratory microbiota.
2. Subjects allergic to ghee
3. Participants on antibiotics within the last 3 months, as antibiotics can
significantly alter the respiratory microbiota.
4. Smokers, as smoking can significantly alter the respiratory
microbiota
5. Participants who are unwilling to adhere to the study protocol, including
regular practice of Ghrita Neti or Jala Neti.

Brief Summary   This study helps to know about effect of gritha neti and jala neti on respiratory microbiome
Drivers who exposed to air pollution, there will be respiratory microbiome dysbiosis.
Hence after practicing neti regularly may be helpful in correcting dysbiosis
