Brief Summary   Migraine is a common and disabling neurological disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of moderate to severe headache often associated with nausea vomiting and sensitivity to light and sound It significantly affects daily activities work productivity and quality of life Conventional treatments may provide symptomatic relief but are often associated with side effects or limited long term benefits Homoeopathy being a holistic and individualized system of medicine aims to treat the patient as a whole by addressing physical mental and emotional aspects This prospective interventional study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in the treatment of migraine using the Migraine Disability Assessment MIDAS questionnaire Thirty patients diagnosed with migraine aged 18 to 50 years will be selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital Individualized homoeopathic remedies will be prescribed based on detailed case taking and totality of symptoms Changes in MIDAS scores and frequency of migraine attacks will be assessed over a three month follow up period to determine improvement in migraine related disability and quality of life
