Brief Summary   This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of Razor Hamstring Curl training performed with and without weight-bearing hip rotation on intermittent work performance, agility, and hamstring strength in amateur football players. Eligible players will be randomly assigned to one of two training groups and will participate in a structured hamstring strengthening program in addition to their regular football training. Outcome measures will include tests of intermittent fitness, agility, and hamstring strength assessed before and after the intervention period. The findings of this study may help coaches and sports physiotherapists identify more effective hamstring training strategies to improve performance and reduce the risk of hamstring-related injuries in amateur football players.
