Extra corporeal shock wave therapy will be given to group B, 3 session per week for 4 weeks. |

1.Idiopathic frozen shoulder
2.Patient who were clinically diagnosed with primary Frozen shoulder, age between 40-60 years.
3.Subject that have complaint with shoulder restriction and pain for at least 1 month.
4.Restriction of glenohumeral translation.
5.Phase 1 (2-6 months) and phase 2 (4-12) of idiopathic frozen shoulder

6.History of trauma, fracture.
7.Shoulder surgery.

9.History of corticosteroid infection within 3 months.
10.Glenohumeral osteoarthritis.
11.Rheumatic disease.

My research compares the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and laser therapy in patients with idiopathic frozen shoulder. The study aims to evaluate their impact on pain reduction, shoulder range of motion, and functional improvement over a defined treatment period. By comparing these two commonly used physiotherapy modalities, the research seeks to identify which intervention provides better clinical outcomes and can guide evidence based treatment decisions for managing frozen shoulder. |
