Brief Summary
|
All patients attending AIIMS Raipur antenatal Opd after 36 weeks of gestation will be screened for the study, the patients fulfilling inclusion and exclusion criteria will be enrolled for the study. They will be randomised into intervention and control arm using computer based random allocation in block of 10 using sealed enveloped. Written informed consent will be taken after explaining the participants, women in intervention arm will be subjected to structured yoga session for 6 days a week through contact sessions and supervised virtual sessions from 37 weeks of gestation till the day of delivery, Women in control arm will receive standard antenatal care as per institutional protocol without yoga intervention. Both the groups will be followed weekly, during labor and 1 week postpartum. |
