|
| ExclusionCriteria |
| Details |
1) Individuals younger than 30 years or older than 50 years at the time of recruitment

Brief Summary
|
This comparative cross-sectional study assesses biological age differences using phenotypic age biomarkers (9 blood markers: albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, etc.) between 54 regular yoga practitioners (more than or equal to 1 year, 3 sessions per week) and 54 non-practitioners, aged 30-50, in Nagpur. Healthy participants, matched by age/gender, undergo lab tests and IPAQ-SF questionnaires . Statistical analysis (t-tests) will evaluate yoga’s impact on aging, hypothesizing lower biological age in practitioners amid rising lifestyle diseases. |
