Deciphering the effects of Yoga and Hare Krishna Mahamantra on physiological psychological and spiritual alterations in urban populations

Scientific Title of the Study

Deciphering Yoga and Hare Krishna Mahamantra on physiological psychological and spiritual alterations in urban populations of Delhi and Delhi NCR A quasi experimental four arm pre post study

Urban populations experience increasing levels of stress anxiety lifestyle related physiological disturbances and spiritual disconnection. Yoga and mantra chanting are traditionally known to promote holistic well being.
