Brief Summary
|
THIS STUDY IS BEING DONE IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE POST OPERATIVE PAIN AND THE NEED FOR POST OPERATIVE ANALGESIA IN CASE OF HAEMORRHOIDECTOMY WITH THE HYPOTHESIS BEING THAT INTRADERMAL PERIANAL INFILTRATION OF METHYLENE BLUE RESULTS IN A DECREASE IN THE POSTOPERATIVE PAIN DUE TO TEMPORARY ABLATION OF CUTANEOUS NERVE ENDINGS BY BLOCKING VOLTAGE GATED SODIUM CHANNELS |
