Brief Summary
|
Chronic fatigue is a common but often overlooked problem among elderly people, as it is frequently mistaken for a normal part of aging. This long-lasting tiredness affects their daily activities, increases dependence, and reduces quality of life. Although homoeopathy offers many remedies for fatigue, detailed remedy profiles specifically for older adults are lacking. This study aims to analyze case records of patients above 60 who improved with homoeopathic treatment, using tools like the FACIT Fatigue Scale and MYMOP Scale to assess their fatigue. Commonly prescribed Homoeopathic remedies will be studied in depth. For each remedy, a clear profile will be created based on conceptual image framework- core, form, individuality and differentiation. These profiles will help understand why certain remedies suit geriatric patients with chronic fatigue. The study aims to enhance remedy understanding and support evidence based Homoeopathic prescribing for chronic fatigue of elderly patients. The findings will guide homoeopaths in selecting remedies more accurately and improving care for elderly patients. |
