Intervention  Neck Stretching and Strengthening Group for 6 weeks, 3days in a week, every alternate day  Neck stretching and strengthening are essential for e-sports players dealing with chronic neck pain caused by long hours of gaming and poor sitting posture. Staying in one position for extended periods often leads to stiff, tight neck muscles and weak deep stabilizing muscles. Stretching helps ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and provide pain relief, while strengthening exercises support the neck by improving muscle control and endurance. Focusing on deep neck and shoulder muscles also helps correct forward head posture. Together, these exercises reduce strain on the neck, improve comfort, and make it easier for players to sit, move, and game with less pain and better spinal health. 
Intervention  Spinopelvic Exercise Program for 6 weeks, 3days in a week, every alternate day  In e-sports players, a spinopelvic exercise program helps address the physical strain caused by long hours of sitting and gaming. Prolonged poor posture, such as slouched sitting and forward head position, places extra stress on the neck and spine. Spinopelvic exercises focus on improving core strength, pelvic control, and neck stability, allowing the body to support the cervical spine more effectively. As posture and muscle coordination improve, neck strain and discomfort gradually reduce. This approach helps players sit more comfortably, move with better control, and maintain spinal health, ultimately supporting better performance and reducing the risk of chronic neck pain.

Brief Summary  

A spinopelvic exercise program supports individuals with chronic neck pain by addressing the body as a connected system rather than focusing only on the neck. Persistent neck pain is commonly associated with poor posture, reduced core strength, and limited control of the pelvis and trunk, all of which increase stress on the cervical region. Spinopelvic exercises aim to improve core stability, pelvic alignment, and postural control, allowing the neck to function with better support. As muscle coordination and control improve, strain on neck muscles decreases, resulting in reduced pain. Improved trunk and pelvic stability also helps correct postural faults such as forward head posture, making it easier to maintain proper alignment during daily activities. With less pain and better posture, individuals experience improved movement and greater ease in performing everyday tasks, leading to a reduction in functional disability. Overall, this approach provides an effective and holistic strategy for managing chronic neck pain and enhancing overall function.
